Heroic Leadership Certification© is offered exclusively by One For Wellness. Certification topics include:
- Heroic Leadership Level I — basic training for organizations who want to improve health and safety through communication, empathy and risk awareness.
- Heroic Leadership Level II — intermediate training for organizations who have completed Level I and want to link their outcomes to a formal health and safety management system. Heroic Leadership Level I is a prerequisite.
- Heroic Leadership Level III — for organizations that have completed both Levels I and II. Specifically designed to help organizations train and sustain an internal Heroic Leadership team that will help the organization exceed their existing health and safety outcomes.
